Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board meets as needed on the fourth Thursday at 7 pm in the Community Room at 49 Burlington Ave. each month. There are two types of appeals to the ZBA 1) those seeking an interpretation of the zoning law and 2) those requesting a variance from its provisions (use or area).

If you would like to make an appeal to the Zoning Board, you are required to submit your documents to the chairman at least three weeks prior to the fourth Thursday in order to be included in that month’s meeting.
