The Village Attorney advises the Mayor and all Village Trustees as to their duties as elected officers; advises other Village officers to the extent directed by the Board of Trustees; drafts and reviews contracts, resolutions, local laws, selected correspondence; and represents the Village in contract negotiation and litigation.
